Admin Assistant NEW (Ref: RTLJOB-111)
Our client who has a Property Company based at Rosewell is looking for a new member of staff to join their team. Having previous office experience would be an advantage but Full training will be given to the successful person, salary will be discussed at interview.
The job role consists of answering/making calls, liaising with colleagues, clients and visitors, dealing with incoming/outgoing mail and emails, booking appointments, arranging diaries, typing reports, dealing with job tickets, answering questions from various visitors or telephone contacts.
Grades at National 4 or 5 would be considered
We will also help you to achieve a Modern Apprenticeship in Business and Administration at Level 3, which is achieved in the job role, there is no studying and no exams, please email your CV to -
