Junior Contract Support Administrator (Ref: RTLJOB-126)

Our client based in Gorgie, Edinburgh is looking for a new person to join their team. The job is varied and is a full-time, permanent role.

The Contract Support Administrators role is to provide an effective and efficient administration support to Operations Managers to ensure we provide a high level of service to all our clients. The function of the Contract Support Administrator is to: - • Assist with Handling all maintenance/reactive calls by working to set procedures. • Assist with the Allocation and plan the engineer’s workloads, working with Engineering Managers. • Keeping clients updated • Provide administrative support to Contract team members • Support the team in updating databases • Support the team in the keeping of records, producing monthly reports as required • Support the Financial Manager by providing assistance with both customer and supplier invoicing. • Carry out other duties that may be reasonably assigned from time to time by Line Manager. • Keeping internal Job Management System updated • Raising and allocating purchase order numbers Skills Required: • Good IT skills, • Good communication skills • Ability to prioritise work load • Able to work as part of a team or individually

Hours of Work are 8.00 am to 5.30 pm. Salary will be discussed at interview stage.
