Office Administrator NEW (Ref: RTLJOB-95)

Our client based in the Sighthill area of Edinburgh is looking for a person to look after the administrative and reception side of their business. This is a full-time role.

They are looking for someone who is confident on the telephone whilst speaking to clients, engineers and colleagues, some office experience would be an advantage and the salary will be discussed at interview stage.

This role is varied and will consist of general administrative duties as well as organising engineers diaries and liaising with clients on the phone or face-to-face, full training will be given.

We will also help you to achieve a Modern Apprenticeship in Business and Administration at Level 3, this is achieved in the workplace, there is no studying and no exams, this is funded by Skills Development Scotland and to be eligible you will have to be aged 16-19 years of age and not be in further education.
